La demanda se rechazó porque el escrito de corrección no atendió las observaciones del auto inadmisorio.
Encontró la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el recurso impetrado en esta oportunidad no satisfizo la totalidad de los requisitos formales de procedibilidad exigidos para este tipo de trámite.
De manera específica se constató el incumplimiento del presupuesto de carga argumentativa y la consecuente improcedencia del recurso.
Con base en lo anterior se procedió al RECHAZO de la súplica invocada.
